• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure, I don't even live in the US lol

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most orders take about 5-12 days to arrive. Please check http://www.singpost.com/send-receive/send-overseas for a more accurate estimate of arrival time based on your country. Note that preorders require a much larger window of time because they will only be made after the preorder period ends.

• My merch came in all scratchy and dull looking!

  There is a protective cover on both sides of every acrylic surface, so please remember to peel them off once you have the merchandise in a safe location!

• My order was damaged/went missing.

  UWRO takes no responsibility for parcels that have been lost/damaged by the delivery service(s) involved. With the tracking code given to every order, you can check on your parcel via Singpost's website.
  Each parcel is registered for a lost parcel claim of up to SGD$68 (About USD$50), or the declared value, whichever is lower. If you believe that your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact Singpost for assistance. That said, I pay good money for all the bubble wrap and foam insulated envelopes so I really really hope you get everything well and good... I'm paranoid I'll find a pic of a gilgamesh broken in half screm

• Do you sell prints?

  Thank you for your interest! Because I lack proper packing materials for prints, I probably won't be doing that in the meantime. If you happen to be in the area, I do sell prints during my booths!
